The Mentoring Coaching Advice sessions (MCA) have been created to help keep your energy and inspiration high, dedicated to personal as well as business growth and achievement. The MCA is designed to help you with any issues you may have and to enable you to move your business forward in a friendly environment with somebody who understands your needs and aspirations and who cares about making a difference.

A mentor / coach can help you to think outside the box, give you a different perspective, and can impact on your business in very tangible ways. In 2011, Forbes contributor Lisa Quast writes about the findings of a multi-year study on the effects of mentoring in the workplace. The study followed the career progress of approximately 1,000 employees over a 5-year period and found that, “employees who received mentoring were promoted FIVE times more often than people who didn’t have mentors”and“both mentors and mentees were approximately 20% more likely to get a raise than people who did not participate in the mentoring program.”

Examples of well-known mentoring / coaching relationships include: self-made billionaire Marc Benioff mentored by Steve Jobs; Alexander The Great who was mentored by Aristotle, and even Luke Skywalker was mentored by Obi-Wan Kenobi!!!

MCA is for owners or senior decision makers in a business. It is designed to provide Mentoring Coaching and Advice for those who feel they would benefit from discussing issues affecting their business with a professional.

Neil runs one-to-one sessions with individuals or management teams who require direct and specific MCA on confidential matters. These sessions take place on a regular basis and last for two hours in duration.
